One day training session with Jonas Piet (Engine/Participle) to give insight into service design way of thinking. Service design helps to design better services that meets tomorrow’s challenges and save costs at the same time. 

Outline
Design has long moved beyond posters and toasters. For over a decade it has been successfully applied by healthcare professionals and users
to develop practical solutions for complex problems. During this one-day workshop you will be taken through different stages of the design process. Theory is combined with case studies and practical exercises, to give you an idea the benefits of Service Design, and how to get started.

Critical topics covered
Exploratory research to learn about user needs, visual techniques to structure complex problems, co-creation to work together with different users and stakeholders, ways to test ideas early-on to learn quickly, planning a design project and the first steps to make it happen.

Fee: 160 EUR includes coffee breaks, lunch and workshop materials.

To ensure the quality of the workshop, maximum 15 registrations are accepted.
